1 Cod Fish
1 Onion, chopped
Bread Crumbs
Savory
Salt
Pepper
Salt Pork
Method
Combine bread crumbs, half the onion, salt, and pepper. Place mixture in cleaned fish and
sew or skewer it up. Fry pork, use fat to baste fish while baking. Bake fish in oven with
rest of onion at (450 F) for 1 hr.
