125 ml (1/2 c.) Butter
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Flour
2 small Onions
375 ml (1 1/2 c.) Hot Water
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add onions and cook for a few minutes over low heat. Add
the flour and blend thoroughly. Add hot water and cook until thickened, stirring
constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
