500 ml (2 c.) cooked Cod Fish
4 hard-boiled Eggs
4 cooked Potatoes
375 ml (1 1/2 c.) thick White Sauce
125 ml (1/2 c.) Bread Crumbs
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Margarine
Debone and flake fish and place half of it in bottom of a margarine coated casserole dish.
Slice eggs and lay over fish. Cover with half the white sauce. Cover with half the potatoes,
sliced. Repeat layers. Melt margarine with crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at (400 F) for
about 20 minutes.
