Ingredients
450 g (1 lb.) Steak (I use top sirloin)
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Soya sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Molasses
280ml (10 oz.) chopped Tomatoes or small can
1 diced Onion
1 diced Bell pepper (red, green, etc.)
1 small can cut Green beans
dash of Salt
dash of Pepper
Method
Cut up steak into bite size pieces; wash, drain on paper towel, and roll in flour. Put oil
in bottom of baking dish. Add meat, salt & pepper, garlic, soya sauce, molasses,
tomatoes, and a 1/4 c of water. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
Add bell pepper and onion. Bake 20 min. more.
Add green beans. Bake 10 min. more.
